The restaurant is wheelchair accessible with double doors and a flat threshold.

VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!This rude worker profiled me and refused to serve me. incorrectly made my drink then after re making it they set it on the counter... read more VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!This rude worker profiled me and refused to serve me. incorrectly made my drink then after re making it they set it on the counter without saying anything and let me stand there waiting still. After waiting i no longer wanted the drink as i was upset with the quality of service and attention. I asked for my money back and they refused to, They yelled at me and harassed me instead. I asked to speak with the manager and they began screaming at me telling me they were gonna call the police on me. The other girl pictured instigated her coworker but then played dumb while helping me saying she couldn’t call the manager management or refund me. The ONLY male working is challenged but was still willing to help me until he was redirected by other staff members to ignore me,Having been a long time customer to this location visiting daily since it opened i will never return to ANY dunkin’ donuts!!!Kid-friendliness: not a friendly environment, they are racists

Ive been visiting this location since it opened, Today I had ordered like i normally would but the drink came out wrong, So i went inside to ask them to fix it,... read more Ive been visiting this location since it opened, Today I had ordered like i normally would but the drink came out wrong, So i went inside to ask them to fix it, however i was profiled and discriminated against due to my Race, and threatened by the staff. They made a drink set it in the counter and didn't say anything, after it sat for a few minutes they told me it was mine i then said i didn't want it because it was still not correctly made and i was unhappy with the service thus far. I asked for my money back and was denied, I then asked to speak with the manager. Thats when the 5 other staff members take their friends side and refuse to service me, The girl starts yelling saying i threatened her and storming back and forth thru the store, they refuse to service me as all other staff is taking her ludicrous side of things, They refuse to call the manager or make me a different drink. Only yell and tell me they can't refund me, They threatened to call the police because i was asking for my money back! This lady continued screaming and hollering while other workers are laughing and not providing a customer service they paid for.I will NEVER visit another dunkin' donuts in my LIFETIME
