I'd love to come back again! The burgers are delicious. I've already tried several, like the chicken, umami, and Camembert burgers.
I'm always impressed every time I eat here. The food is very good and reasonably priced. The staff is always friendly and helpful. A definite recommendation, even for families with children.
We were invited to a celebration at DINX today for lunch. I wasn't particularly impressed with the restaurant, as there have often been problems, such as waiting times of one to two hours for food, even when the restaurant was barely busy. This happened even with reservations. Today I ordered a Western beef steak and received a Black Tiger beef steak. I didn't bother to return it, as I had already asked for the correct side dishes. The 200g steak arrived well disguised with the side dish. When I went to cut into it, I had to search for the steak. There's no way it's 200g with a phenomenal size of 4 x 10 cm. The strip was more like a sausage in terms of weight, which I told the server. My complaint was ignored. Unfortunately, the meat was very sinewy and tough. When I complained, they offered me a new steak or something else. However, they immediately warned me that my new steak might also be sinewy, which is why I declined to order another meal after that. Perhaps this should be clearly stated on the menu so that people just order a burger or, better yet, go next door to Burger King. That might shorten the wait times for the customers. The pancakes they served were unfortunately from a packet, and there was no ice cream available today, the first Sunday of Advent, as they had run out at 2 p.m. I don't always want to complain, but I've experienced these steaks and the rest of the service almost every time I've been here. Luckily, they get enough walk-in customers; it's not necessarily the best place for regulars. But everyone has to decide for themselves. It's a popular spot for drinking beer and watching football. We spent about three hours there and had to ask the server to bring us more drinks. Since the service was too quick for the host regarding the drinks, we cut short the celebration, which was planned to last until the evening, and continued it elsewhere. There was no attempt to accommodate my host, as the restaurant is apparently either doing too well or too poorly. The host also doesn't want to go there again, just like several acquaintances who also avoid the restaurant due to various shortcomings. Very unfortunate, but that's the reality.
