I wouldn't go when busyWent on a Friday night and backlog of people that had reservations - one couple left after waiting for their table.

A spring Saturday night, the place has a nice buzz about it at 7.30 ish.We score a table and are well looked after by our friendly helpful waiter.A nice relaxed casual dining spot, Once tables are full up it's tight... breathe in if you want to squeeze past.A nice selection of beverages on offer, the husband was impressed with the beer selection.Meatballs and pizza ordered, we sat back and enjoyed the comfortable buzz around us.Pizza.... delicious!! we ordered too much! Meatballs.... whilst ok.... I should have sent them back.... too cool... and whilst we are ok with medium rare interiors.... when the meatballs are not piping hot, buyer beware. The basil with them enhanced their under seasoned selves well.We will definitely go back! More varieties of pizza to try!Prices are good too.

I went to lunch at Primos at Tea Tree Plaza on 7/01/23 at 11:30. I ordered a pizza and my wife had a chicken pasta dish. My wife received her dish about 15 minutes later. Unfortunately, my pizza arrived with a hard crust and burnt on top. We have been loyal customers for a long time and have always been told that seniors receive a free garlic bread with their meal. I approached the manager and asked him to come look at my pizza, to which he responded that's how it comes. When my wife mentioned the issue with the free garlic bread, he denied ever offering that promotion. This led to an argument where he accused my wife of lying. He eventually took the pizza away and returned a few minutes later with the bill, telling us to go eat somewhere else. The management skills were very poor and the service was terrible. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
