I’ve always loved these cookies until my latest shipment. The assortment of cookies were thrown into one, thin plastic bag. The cookies were dried out and brittle. Definitely a drastic change in the ones I enjoyed in Chicago and shipment I received 3 years ago. Looks like the quality and integrity is going downhill. View all feedback.

The BEST cookies ever. We receive them every year from a company we work with and we wait for this package every year. Every cookie is melt in your mouth amazing.
These cookies are awesome! Wouldn't be worth having a cookie unless it was Carols cookie!
Good cookies! Just too sweet for my taste and packed with way too much brown sugar on the inside.
I wanted to like these cookies since they were a gift, but my wife and I both tried several flavors, and they just were not our style. For me, bigger isn't better and these cookies were dry and tasted a bit like play dough. I'm sure these were made with quality ingredients, and a number of people love them, but they weren't for me.
