Butterhills Cafe Northbrook

First time going here, primarily because the congested parking lot with half of the north suburbs having breakfast here made my decision! Unbelievable amount of people, so I knew it had to be good. It was great! Best gluten free pancakes in Chicagoland! I had to ask the waitress if she was sure they were gluten free you cannot tell the difference! Buttery, flavorful, moist, delicious. The Spanish Omelette was out of this world, served with salsa. The attention to the table is significant here, and if you pay in cash, they will discount your bill. An excellent find for breakfast! For singles, best to go around an hour, or an hour and a half before closing. It is so packed but there will be less traffic just before close. I didn't wait long because they gave me a small booth for singles. Several offers to fill coffee. They bring a to-go box plus bag. Very attentive service, helpful and kind waitresses, and the bussing is fast, thorough and effective at clearing tables. Great place! Nice management, great food, excellent service!

It was lunch time. No wait to get seated. Service was prompt. Waitress was on point. Food was good. No complaints.
