The drive-thru service at this restaurant is incredible, even when the line stretches out onto the road. It moves quickly and efficiently. They never make mistakes with my coffee order and are always on top of their game. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
good coffee, good food, everything is good only dreadfully slow driving through from open to near 6 o'clock. I've seen how mutiple people rebuke, keep waiting. wait with 0 car is infront. Microphone is terrible sometimes they sometimes do not hear them. the waiting time is ridiculous with 0 to 2 cars in front of them. - That's clear. all the other good, the people grab it quickly on the way to work in the am and that... The best thing about dunkin is that they can order the same every day and they will get something else
The personal here has been quite lazy lately. they no longer offer to give them their reception and today I am charged for 5 donuts instead of the 2 donuts and 2 coffee rolls I ordered, which puts me a little more burden. I have also noticed lately that baked goods and bagels are not so plentiful when I go there.
Great finally got my coffee made the right way as it made from three coffees
Coolatta machine was broken and the associate was rude.
