I am a regular customer, and have posted excellent reviews, but recently it seems delivery' service is dropping rapidly. Orders have been arriving later and later each time, and when I call them to follow up, the manager (who battles to speak and understand English), acts ignorant, and makes up excuses. Yesterday, I ordered a family meal, which included chicken burgers. These did not arrive and when I called them, the manager (who battles to speak/understand English), checked my online order and said this does not include any burgers I told him it does and I have received my confirmation email order from them, which included the burgers, he again, said, it does not include them and put the phone down on me. After many years of support, its time to call it a day and move on. Enough is enough!
Food is very tasty and was delivered in time , staff are friendly and humble.
Delivery was so **** late hr late den when it arrived the pizza was hard as a stone the pizza bread was rock hard never again bad experience
The experience was terrible. It took 1 hour and 15 minutes for my order to arrive at my house. The manager was very rude, and they even forgot some items from our order. When we finally received the food, it was so bad that we had to throw it away. We have ordered from this restaurant before and it was always great, but not tonight. I am very disappointed.
Yesterday, I ordered a family meal which was supposed to include 3 chicken burgers. When the order arrived, the burgers were missing. When I called to inquire about this, the manager insisted that my online order did not include any burgers. Despite showing him my confirmation email which clearly listed the burgers, he continued to deny their existence and eventually hung up on me. After years of patronage, I have decided to stop supporting this restaurant. The lack of accountability and poor customer service is unacceptable. It's time to move on to a different establishment. Enough is enough!
