Noodles - Northampton

I ate here a long time ago, and I'm about to check it. I ate here during the heat of the pandemic, so I ordered out. It was so good! I liked the salmon.

So I was really afraid to try something other than her classic beef stew (pho. I was never here and was craving Pho, I feel, even if it wasn't great Pho, I would be happy. I took the chance and ordered the chili soup. ... AMAZING!!! One of the best soups I've ever had. I drank every last drop. So tasty, full of flavors and I think, meets every taste. I was afraid a spicy soup would be salty, but it wasn't at all. I was so happy after the first taste I forgot to pick, but here are Pix the gyoza and seaweed salad that came with a crushed cabbage. We also ordered the beef tariyaki rice dish and it seemed quite small. Even another rice spoon should have been enough. It didn't fill my friend. The portions could be a bit bigger if you have a big appetite, order a few apps before your entree. Thai iced tea w boba was the perfect dessert.

I love this place. Ramen is great, beef soup is great and her rolls are DELICIOUS! All this and the cherry above is that the people who work there are absolutely beautiful. Please go and eat her good food!

It was all great—the tea and boba, the appetisers, the noodles. I’d have gotten the desserts (they looked really good) but we were too full. I don’t know when I’ll be back in the area but if I am I will absolutely come back here for more.

This was my comfort place in college. Great selection of dishes and appropriate prices. The owners are always friendly and the place is never not spotless. Can't find a better place for noodles anywhere around. Will miss Noodles and the owners with my whole heart!
