What Henry Stanley doesn't like about Woodstar Cafe:
I’ve stopped in a few times and I’m not crazy over this place. The avocado toast on a bagel wasn’t great; the seasoning was minimal and it was pretty flavorless. The focaccia and cannolis are okay. The salads look absolutely delicious and I would love to try one but the staff isn’t friendly or welcoming, nor did they call out my drink order which I ended up waiting around for a while. Cool, sunlit space and good baked goods. Been here for a long time. Original owner worked at the OG Rao's back in the day and they've long shared a baker/roaster with Esselon so there's a local coffee lineage that I appreciate View all feedback.

Holy cow the ginger chai is amazing! I have never gotten anything at Woodstar I didn't like.
A nice sandwich shop. I thought they were on the smaller side for the price. The quality was good though
I love stopping at Woodstar for coffee and a sweet treat. I tried a bagel here yesterday and it was delicious. The service is quick and the environment is nice....
