Contribute Feedback What User doesn't like about Taco Bell:
The staff was friendly and very quick with my order, but the food was disappointing. All three tacos I received were broken—not just slightly, but completely in pieces as if they had been crushed after being made. I also ordered some wings from the KFC side, but they tasted as if they had been sitting under a heat lamp for too long, becoming hard and stale. Overall, I was left feeling quite let down. No warning that the inner on the app is closed. ordering to be picked up online, in which to get in the load, inside is closed out of no reason, must sit in a 25 min line in the drive through, eating was ice cold until the time I got my food. I would have known that the inner was closed, I could not have come to this taco bell, this is always slow and can not get right.
Poorly run, I understand missing items or messing up, but having me wait while orders come in and get completed while I sit along the side waiting for an item that I was told was ready and would be right out just wasn 't the right approach. Fix your mess before screwing up the next customers order. Sucks to see but this place is always below average on fixing when they mess up. Note to all, if something isn 't right on your order be ready for an annoyingly long wait until they are ready to fix your issue
Clean, fast, great variety, inexpensive. This is a Taco Bell/KFC. My KFC chicken strips were thin, hard, and dry.
