Osaka - Northampton

Me and my family have been going there for years . This last experience was the worse ever service I had in any restaurant. Me and my family were rushed out the door . The waitress rolled her eyes and we are always kind and tip well because we have so many family members in food service but we where watch the whole time as if we where going to run with 2 little kids . My wife and I were so disappointed in food service, burnt and flavorless like the service.in addition it was wildly expensive for what it was . DO NOT TRY !!!! Very loud and busy hard to hear each other and little kids and hibachi were near us so not the best spot. The food was really good, and the service was ok. It was for graduation so a special occasion so a little disappointing and just not great.

First time there was really good food n the show they put on it was really kool.

We sat down outside, ordered food and I wanted to go wash my hands. it was a huge mistake. The inside of the restaurant is terrible! everything is old, DIRTY. very dirty. it's disgusting. the menu was also shabbyphoto below is the door of the toilet and their restaurant inside…

The service to begin with was amazing. Straight to the point, Uber professional, kind and respectful. We were given ice cold water upon sitting down for no more than 30sec to 1 minute. Sat in the outside since it was such an amazing day and it was so refreshing. Our side food took no more than 5 and 7 minutes upon ordering, and our main dishes was around 10 minutes after receiving our sides. I would 100% recommend the Gyoza as an appetizer. Would 1,000% plan to eat here again
