What User doesn't like about Hungry Ghost Bread:
Mask fanatics in a mask fanatic town. As all intelligent people know, masks are nothing more than a symbol of belief control and mindless compliance. If you want some overpriced barely chewable bread from this pretentious bakery, you have to display mindless compliance to their satisfaction. The place could be a nice little spot, but what they offer isn't worth having to kneel before their blatantly political whimsy.... View all feedback.
My friend and I went through so many times today for the first time after driving, and boy I don't regret going earlier! We picked up a French bread and it was incredible! Perfect crispy crust but still so moist inside! Can't wait back!
My first stop ever and it’s bitter sweet only in that EVERYTHING is delicious and I’m going to rack up the pounds. Seriously I had a scrumptious strawberry rhubarb turnover and a yummy delish lemon tart. The rosemary bread is waiting to be sliced into tonight but I’m sure it will be every bit as good as it smells! This will be a regular stop for me after work.
Best bread in the Valley! The rosemary loaf and the pizza are not to be missed.
Fantastic bread! Fresh hearty. The rosemary goes great with rustic soups. Can't wait to try the others.
This is hands down the best bread we've had. Perfect texture, tastes amazing, and keeps well (two loaves made it down to DC and we savored every last slice). We look forward to getting back to Northampton and Hungry Ghost.
