I've visited Wendy's location about once every 5 years since before 2005. My last visit was 2018. It is accessible from the street and inside the shopping mall. There are self-order kiosks and a self-serve drink machine. There is plenty of indoor seating. There is a long electric fireplace. The restaurant is clean. The staff are courteous. What Nadia Mohammed doesn't like about Wendy's:
The food at Wendy's is always great, however when I visited this location there were no customers seated in the restaurant nor in the line. I had to wait several minutes before someone said they would assist. The restaurant itself was dirty. Floors had french fries, tables needed to be cleaned. I should have taken some pictures. Upon my next visit (who knows when) I will take some and add it to this review. View all feedback.
I order Large size drinks via kiosk, but mediam size drinks were offered. Staff said it's large. but I know it wasn’t large because i’ve had it many times. I paid for it......

The manager!...ooofShe said I have problem and she doesn't care when I asked her why the food is not ready? (Since it was past the pick up time)
Always friendly and I usually put in big orders that they always get without errors. Great job
