We've been to this restaurant with our family. We tried Karniyarik and Inkarbeyendi for entry, it was amazingly true to it's origin. The main meal was mixed turkish grilled meat including Doner Kebab, Iskender Kebab and Adena Kebab. By far, it's the best Doner we have ever eaten in Toronto area. The host, Mrs Nazila was friendly too! We really enjoyed our experience. View all feedback.
What Michael Kaler doesn't like about Village House/koyevi:
The food we got was tasty. However, they did not deliver the yogurt sauce or desert that we ordered, and they charged us for them. No one answered the phone when we called to see what happened. So yeah, good food but if you get it delivered, check your order twice before the delivery guy leaves. View all feedback.
We love coming to this piece of Persian heaven. During the week, we always get joojeh wrapped in taftoon and tomatoes. It's so healthy, fresh and delicious. We came here for breakfast and they did not disappoint. The tea is piping hot and tasty, the Haleem is authentic, and the eggs with tomatoes are enjoyable alongside fresh barberry bread. The atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming, and the Iranian decor is so cute. You are always greeted with happy faces, and the owner is always ensuring the guests have a pleasureable experience. Even if it is just take out.Vegetarian options: Lentil soup, zeytoon parvadah, Mirza ghasemiKid-friendliness: Lots of kid friendly menu options and the space are entertaining for adults and children.Parking: Free parking lot with many parking spots.Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible for wheelchairs.
This place has the best Persian food in town! I have been to almost all Persian restaurants and by far this restaurant takes the lead. We went there yesterday as a group of 15(9 kids under 6) and they were so nice and the services was amazing. The family platter was so delicious, the jigar was also amazing and don’t even get me started on the dizi it was bomb! Highly highly recommend that you try it out if you are looking for amazing Persian food.Kid-friendliness: Amazing with kids we had 9 kids under the age of 6 and they were amazingParking: Lots of parking
The place is Persian!!!Food quality is not bad but not the best! Little bit pricey!!!Their wraps are amazing, very flavourful and fresh cooked! Friendly and polite staff and owner! One important thing! Their bread is not fresh and not even preheated in oven!!!
My first experience was pleasant! I heard of this place and was told that they have a Persian dish called Ab-Goosht/ Dizzi( meaning beef juice in Farsi). If you want more details I suggest you look it up online lol!Staff were very friendly and welcoming and served us well! The food was decent served with fresh bread (sangak also a Persian bread fresh baked on pebble stone)Overall happy with my experience!Give it a try if you want to try some authentic Persian dishesVegetarian options: They also have veggie options
Poor quality, they serve stale bread with dishes. Washroom is super dirty and full of flies.
