Taco Bell - North York

On Taco Monday, we were supposed to get 2 free tacos when buying 10. However, we only received 9 tacos and when we brought this to the staff's attention, they denied that there was any issue.

I visited this restaurant today to purchase tacos. The young lady who served me took my money and then made my tacos without changing her gloves. When I asked her to change them, she refused. I decided to leave and will not be returning to that establishment.

I cannot believe the quality of food this restaurant is serving - it's like garbage. The staff was friendly, but that doesn't make up for the awful food. I would rather go hungry than eat here again. The only reason they stay in business is because of their location on a busy intersection. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I would recommend avoiding this Taco Bell location. I ordered through Uber Eats and found a long hair in my fries supreme. It was disgusting to see how such a thing could be served to a customer. Additionally, the taco shells were stale and not full as they usually are, and they forgot to include the sauces. I will not be returning to this restaurant. It was a waste of money.
