The Burritos and Chorizos were sold after lunchtime. I definitely want to try a Burrito and the Carnitas the next time as it seems to be very popular. It is about 20 minutes waiting time per order and they only accept cash. 4 stars because the Carne de Res was good, but the beef lacked some taste. What Wynneth doesn't like about San Jose Mexican Foods (tacos Specialty Store):
While at the Mississauga Festival of Trees we saw San Jose Mexican Foods. We saw that they had empanadas so we ordered two. They were kept warm in resealable plastic sandwich bags in an instant pot like appliance. They came with a plastic bag of salsa. In my mind I was picturing the empanada to look more like a calzone. Amazing food and service! Large vegan options and a sweet little grocery store on the back. Will definitely come back: muchas gracias!
The tacos were absolutely fantastic. We had Paletas from the shop for dessert and also bought some foods, including the house made Guacamole and pico de gallo salsa. We live on the other side of the city, but I'm sure we'll be back soon.
Excellent! The bean and cheese taco is a bit bland, but the Enchiladas was excellent! Friendly service. Nice grocery store in the back.
Was told about this place and wanted to try it. Friends visited it recently, so I decided to try it. I was not disappointed. Though I only had the classic nachos, they were amazing. I had chicken added too. Will go back to try the tacos next time or the burrito. Guacamole was amazing too.
