As a former Torontonian, every time I visit the city, I make it a point to stop by Saigon Express for their flavorful and reasonably priced spicy version of the House Special Pho #2. As a former Torontonian, every time I visit the city, I make it a point to stop by Saigon Express for their flavorful and reasonably priced spicy version of the House Special Pho #2. Since I discovered this restaurant in 2012, it has become my go-to spot for my first meal upon arrival. I've searched over 30 establishments in Winnipeg in hopes of finding a comparable pho, but none have matched it. In my opinion, Saigon Express is one of the best pho restaurants I've ever had the pleasure of trying. Plus, their homemade iced tea is the perfect complement to the meal. Enjoy!
