Puck 'n Wings - North York

Came here to tonight for wing night, the manager was extremely rude throughout from beginning to end and once we got our drink I ordered a Guinness and to my standard of drinking Guiness, I felt the Guinness was flat. The manager disagreed and talked to me as if I am a 10 year old child, NO, THE GUINNESS IS NOT FLAT, YOU BOUGHT IT, YOU HAVE TO DRINK IT, AND YOU HACE TO PAY FOR IT . HE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE. So when I talked to the waitress, she told me that the manager was mad because of a comment made by someone at my table however it wasn 't me so the manager took it out on me. This manager is not fit to be a manager as you can see this place has gone to the dumps since I know this place from 2008s. Was a very popular place but every time I have come for the last few years, it 's been dead. This manager does not know how to deal with people and it 's unbelievable the way he was talking to me. Treat your customers with respect and kindness otherwise they will not come back. This will be my last time to come back to this place. Please do not waste your money or time coming here. If you the owner is reading this, please save your restaurant and turn your restaurant around back to how successful it once was. It 's not even filled anymore and many empty tables due to poor management.

First and only time in this place. Will never come back. The service is sub par. Waited 20 mins to get a drink. Waived down anyone and was told by the manager that he wasn't our server. Kept waiting. Finally got a waitress but she couldn't take our order because she might forget some elses. We complained about the beer and the manager called us liars, said we paid for it and had tp drink because he didn't like our comment about the poor service. In 2hours we saw our waitress 3 times.Avoid this place because it deserves to go out of business

Worst service ever. Order was wrong and nobody came by to ask “How is everything?”They expect you to find a server to complain about your meal. Problem is, nobody is around to get their attention.Spend your money elsewhere. We ended up walking to St. Louis bar and Grill a little further south and it was a night and day difference. Go there instead.

I would have left the moment I walked in if I wasn't meeting someone. It smells dirty. The chicken tenders were overdone, and the dipping sauce was chunky. I would have turned it back, but I was with a client who chose the location. We ordered curly fries but got straight. Tough the wait staff corrected the order, the curly fries arrived as we were basically done. The server was lovely,

We went there for wings on Monday night, some wings tasted so bad, like rotten. When we informed the servant, called Soheil, he declined it. He was so rude and said we have always been complaining and no servant would like to serve us which was a big lie. When we insisted as we didn't eat them, he first offered an exchange for whole wings but later he changed mind to the number of the smelling rotten wings, so we didn't accept. He brought the bill in an arrogant manner commenting our ethics and behaviour was bad which was so rude! He put extra $5 as a tip on the billing machine that we denied the tip. He started offending us by saying improper words.We said we would inform the CFSA (Canadian safety food) about this, he said ok, do it. Then after, he approached and took a picture of me so that I was offended so much. Then he falsely accused me of abusing his other customers, so rude and arrogant! I told him it was without my consent, so illegal, then delete it but he didn't. It was a very bad experience. I don't recommend this place at all!I will never go to this restaurant again!
