The staff were friendly, but there were several issues with the order. I ordered a deluxe sandwich combo but received the wrong drink. The mashed potatoes were not filled to the top of the container, instead half of it was gravy. The burger I received was not the deluxe sandwich I had ordered. Additionally, the service was slow.

This place is sooooo....slow!Everytime I go...they don't have chicken ready. They start frying the chicken once I order. And they keep telling me 5 to 10 min. Always close to 20min. They need to get their act together. So annoying. No need to have two ppl at the cash, get an extra cook in the back. Always, just one poor guy in the back.

The food at this restaurant is delicious and served hot. However, I have experienced long wait times whenever I order delivery. Even when just ordering a meal and sandwich for one person, it takes over 30 minutes to prepare my order. This has left me feeling very hungry and frustrated.

I recently visited a restaurant to place an order and found myself as the only customer in line. Despite the staff working on existing orders, I received no acknowledgement or greeting while waiting for almost 7 minutes. When someone finally came to take my order, I requested spicy chicken and was told it would be a 20-minute wait. Feeling frustrated and surprised by the staff's attitude, I decided to leave the restaurant. This particular Popeye's location was one of the few good ones in the Greater Toronto Area in my opinion, but my experience today proved me wrong.
