Pizza Nova - North York

I was scammed!! I ordered two pizzas and a box of pollini with sauce and did not receive half my order! I was accused that the driver dropped off everything but I did not receive everything! I am missing pollini and a dipping sauce yet they did not listen to the customer that should have just received the order. I did not get a refund or wings or dipping sauce! This is not okay

I ordered the well done pizza today from uber eats and it’s too much horrible pizza i ever ate in my life. The crust was so hard it was hard to bite and the toppings was messed up literally and moreover i think the cook doesn’t know how to bake well done pizza. I will not suggest anyone to have a pizza from this location.

Horrible. Pizza crust was rock hard, and looked like someone took a bite. Never ordering from this location again. Tried to upload photos, but won’t let me.

It's no wonder you're a 3 star location.Service quality is horrible here.I live in Peel and was in Etobicoke over the weekend and decided to stop in for some pizza and bites..I was told a 20 min wait for the bites and left and came back 15 mins later was told 10 to 15 mins more..the girl (Ash)who served me had a serious attitude and a dirty apron,no hairnet,the taller guy that was there was harmless just a passive body to fill the store..everyone is on their phones and annoyed when you come to place an order.As a fellow business owner all of my operations are 5 stars,if you want to know how to achieve this through proper customer service just ask.Dirty attitude defeats an entire establishment. I hope the owners read this review and do something to fix this.I will not support a business that lacks what it takes to make a customer feel appreciated.

I recently went on a panzzaroti food adventure to try them all. Pizza Nova came out on top followed closely by pizzaville. Pizza Nova has great size, crispy crust and generous filling without a runny sauce.
