Pi Co. - North York

I come here at least twice a month (Shops at Don Mills location) as it's one of my favourite places to eat but there has been such a high turnover lately and some of the newer people don't know what they're doing. I ordered my usual craft to go and the guy who made it was fine but the new girl who turned the pizza left it in too long then on top of that she lifted it towards the heat and burnt it. I kept telling l her that it's going to burnt but she either didn't hear me or chose to ignore me and sure enough it was burnt.I told the guy who boxed it that it's looking burnt but he too did nothing about it!I'm extremely disappointed as this place always cheers me up with their food and great staff so this was such a let down and the pizza tasted horrible!

I enjoy the pizzas at this restaurant, especially the dough and the DIY option. However, it is a bit expensive. The staff are friendly, but the atmosphere is lacking. The location at the Shops at Don Mills is convenient, situated in the corner.

The staff at this restaurant is extremely impolite and could use some training. The pizza was average at best. However, the woman at the counter was rude. When I tried to grab a napkin from a fresh stack, she insisted I take the ones in front that looked dirty. I requested one from the back, and she pointed to the others until I asked if there was an issue with me taking a fresh one. It was absurd, but it really ruined the experience. On a different note, the dipping sauce we ordered tasted like milk and was very watery with no flavor. The pizza dough was also undercooked. I definitely will not be returning to this establishment. They need to improve their staff's attitude and the quality of their food.

Only ate here once and never again. First off, I ordered ahead, when I came to pick it up the employees forgot to even make it (ordered at 7:30pm for a 9:30 pickup). They did try to rush the order, and that didn’t end well. Half the dough of my pizza was still uncooked. I spent the next four days with food poisoning. Best I can say about this place is unlimited toppings for no extra charge, but enjoy at your own risk.
