Mcdonald's - North York

Before the pandemic, the customer service and food quality were excellent, but now both have drastically declined. When I started eating the grilled chicken Caesar wrap today, I found it incredibly dry and lacking flavor. The chicken was very dry and had a bitter taste. I even paid extra for tomatoes, but there weren’t any included, and the sauce was just a few tiny drops. The long wait in line before ordering just adds to the frustration. The service is terrible, and the food quality is even worse. I can’t believe this is a part of a well-known high-standard chain, but the service makes it feel like the complete opposite. I regret spending my money here and bringing home such a disappointing sandwich. I won’t be spending another penny at this McDonald's again. I honestly wouldn’t even want to give it a star. What a disappointment!

The oysters are fantastic, and the seafood overall is excellent. It's definitely worth a visit, even if you have to sit at the bar during busy times.

Slow service. Many items were missing from my order, and I had to ask multiple times just to get my food. One of the employees seemed overwhelmed and unhelpful. The team was particularly poor today! The person sitting next to me was also complaining about her sandwich. If there were an option for negative stars, this team would certainly deserve it.

I dont know if its penaut plaza one or notNight shift workers are nightmare, spent 1 hour waiting for food. Red siren so loud. How people work there lmao.I had few time missed my drinks. Better come morning or afternoon.Check the photo how many pages of order stacked up.Everything messed up over there.

Great oysters and great seafood in general. Worth a stop even if you have to sit at bar when it's busy.
