Konjiki Ramen Yorkdale - North York

I noticed that this restaurant held a Michelin star from 2019 to 2022. I inquired about the ramen that contributed to its Michelin status and tried it for myself. The ramen was good, but the chicken karaage was absolutely delicious—crispy and moist. Just a heads up, this place is quite pricey, so be prepared to spend a bit of cash.

I tried the Spicy Nebel, Clam Broth Shio, Shoyu Ramen, and a mini Chashu Don. We arrived at 11 o'clock on Saturday, and there were plenty of seats available. The service was satisfactory. The food tasted good, but it wasn't the best ramen I've ever had. The signature clam bouillons were worth a try, but I wasn't as impressed with the Spicy Nebel and Chashu Don.

I had the superb caption ramen, which was both mild and intense. The mild version allowed the flavor of the mussels to shine through, while the basic elements were nicely balanced. The takoyaki was decent, but one piece I tried had a filling that was still cold. Overall, the taste was good, but I found it to be somewhat overpriced.

The rarm is very good with so much umami and also the pfirsich juice is crackbombe. the place also has quite good mood. must try. the employees are very nice and always ready to hear and help them.

Second time coming here and got their signature clam ramen. Excellent flavour, the taste was clam was great in the broth. Noodles were a good texture. Black tonkostu ramen also good, but the signature clam broth I thought had more flavour and was definitely more interesting.
