Went there for dinner on Thurs night with my friends, ordered crispy ravioli, prawn linguine and funghi pizza. Crispy ravioli was so so and the other two dishes were delicious. Been there few times and still pretty good and like the ambiance. View all feedback.
What Marco Peña doesn't like about Jamie S Italian:
View all feedback.

Nothing to say about the restaurant and the food. I was turned off by the fact that all the glasses were top down on the table with no table cloth, the cutlery was half on the paper napkin and half on the table and when the spoons were brought to the table for desert they were placed directly on a dirty table. When they we resetting the tables after being used I saw no use of disinfectant spray that could justify their company policy.I can only imagine the infections in flu season. The funny thing is when I ordered they were very courtious of asking if there were any allergies to worry about, but then skip all higene at the table.
O restaurante e2 bem bonitinho. Otimo custo!
Jamie...you, or more specifically your staff get a FAILING grade. The attitude and lack of care, consideration or attention not only from our server, but also from the hostesses and manager who were told of our issues, is beyond disappointing. Delivering a burnt pizza with cheese puddling in the middle, (for a hungry but patient two year old), as well as a branzino having 15-20 bones (and still counting) thinking that's acceptable?? C'mon. Being asked if everything was good while on our way out ...and replying NO, but still getting "well have a good evening" and dismissing us completely is so insulting. We have brought so many friends and family here in the past. They didn't just lose our business for good...but that of potential repeat customers whom I've already told to STAY AWAY from Jamie's. You'll see an earlier review from me on here and it was terrific. I'm sad and disappointed to see things have certainly changed for the WORSE. We are VIP's and repeat customers at Cibo wine bar and Five Doors North...definitely a better choice for superb Italian cuisine and service at both those restaurants. I know Jamie is coming to Toronto in October for a Food Revolution event...I have an in to see him in person. He will definitely be hearing about our experience. Adieu.
