Contribute Feedback What SHAHIN I likes about Ajisen Ramen:
I tried the pork shank ramen at this restaurant, which was good, but what really impressed me was their gyoza and fried tofu, both of which were excellent. The music was enjoyable and the ambiance was pleasant. The service was quick and attentive. View all feedback.
What Lucious Aufderhar doesn't like about Ajisen Ramen:
I used to goto this place all the time, but the food quality has really slipped. The ramen is so oily and I can't confirm exactly but I get very thirsty all the time after eating there. There are so many other better places to try ramen at. This is just a chinese owned ramen place that makes it a little too chinese for my liking. They can't even say "welcome" in japanese correctly. Great food, good quantity and quality, love their noodles, good service. good price. I'll recommend to go there. and I'll definitely go back.
I decided to visit this restaurant on a whim with a friend after hearing positive reviews from a coworker who is a regular customer. I was intrigued as I walk past it frequently. The menu was surprisingly extensive but not overwhelming, with a variety of protein and soup base options. I opted for the Shoyu Pork Soup Sliced Pork Ramen, along with a side of Teppanyaki Rib Eye Steak and Japanese Deep Fried Chicken. The ramen was served with the usual toppings like egg and scallions, and the broth was richer than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. The steak was cooked perfectly to a medium doneness, juicy and flavorful. The chicken was also well-cooked and juicy, although there was a small oversight with a produce sticker accidentally left on the lemon that came with it. Despite this minor issue, I enjoyed my meal overall. This restaurant definitely stands out among its competitors just a short walk away.
The restaurant offers tasty food, a welcoming staff, and reasonable prices, which all together create a delightful dining experience. Although it has been some time since my last visit, I am glad I returned and have the chance to share my positive experience in this review. I will definitely be returning soon!
Ajisen Ramen was a recommendation from one of my friends who is a regular there and I must say I was impressed with what I ate. What impressed me most was the menu. No other ramen place has offered me so many options. Secondly the seating capacity is much bigger than most ramen places.I ordered Tom yum ramen with steak and it was so delicious. I would also recommend spicy pork ramen. If you ask me to go into intricate details then I'd say the service was good but not the best. I also found a small piece of broken glass on the chair next to me.As far as the service and food goes I would give a 5/5 to Ramen ishin and Kenzo Ramen. Like I said these things will not bother me from eating at Ajisen ramen again. Good luck.
