I had a terrible visit AGAIN at this location. Normally at other Tim Hortons I always ask for extra cream for the ice Capp and they don’t charge me money for it, but for the first time at this location I got charged 50 cents for extra cream which is very unusual. I can see some new staff these days who are coming from one of South Asian countries. They don't absolutely have customer service experience. They are talking with customers like ruder attitude . Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
They should update there closing time. It says they are close at 22:00 but they are actually closing at 8:00pm. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

Horrible tim hortons filled with homeless people, addicts and jobless people who take up all the seats and never leave . The place is dirty almost all the time , with garbage thrown everywhere and the seats are almost always filthy. Please take care of this issue Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
