There are a couple of really nice people. There is one Philippines lady and sri lankan lady who is extremely rude during the morning around 6am and 7amAfternoon staff amazing.FYI, there is an amazing Philippines manager she is so sweet and kind. What Matt I doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
I don't understand how not one Tim Hortons worker can't listen to orders properly. This is a common occurrence at Tim's. They never listen to your order and assume what you want. Where is management at these places? Does no one understand English? View all feedback.

Very nice location ,I go every morning before work in and out service very clean place.
They are always out of ice coffee, whenever I try to order ice coffee they say we don't have ice coffee at the moment and iam forced buy ice cap which is 2 times more expensive. I think they are deliberately trying to sell ice cap by saying they don't have ice coffee, customers won't have a choice because they are already in the drive-through. If they can make ice cap they can definitely make ice coffee, they are trying to upsell their ice cap by fooling us customers!
I ordered a bacon turkey club and they only put one slice of turkey on it. I walked there from work and didn't realize until I walked back to my office. Very disappointing. The lady who served me was very nice tho, and the staff seemed cheerful.
