We had a very nice time on family. My dad and I split the mac and cheese margarita pizza and it was delicious! My little cousin was there and had so much fun playing the games and didn't want to leave. View all feedback.

Friendly staff and good value overall. While the new menu options were a welcome addition, they fell short in execution. I had the salmon bowl, which was a bit dry. We had to wait 1 hours 40 minutes to receive half of our order. The server brought the order wrong 3 times. We had to catch a train after the food. We received only half of the order in 1 hour 40 minutes. So we left without eating some items ordered.
Food was okay pizza crust quite tough. Out of ingredients for the drink I ordered. Staff were clearly overwhelmed service was extremely slow, tables were taking a while to get cleared, one of the servers dropped a crumpled napkin on the floor near to our table and I watched many staff walk over it before someone finally picked it up, server accidentally brought us regular fries AND poutine instead of the substitution we requested, which is totally fine but adds evidence to staff being overwhelmed. Asked for takeout containers one for pizza one for dip server only brought one for pizza, and when I kindly asked again for dip, he said he asked a colleague and would get back to me, and then processed our payment and us farewell with clearly no intention to come back, so either he forgot again, or gave up trying. I would definitely come back for the convenience of having food and games in one place, but I wouldn't recommend the restaurant on its own.

Nice spot for children’s birthday parties or big group meals. The food was fairly good. Would recommend their pizzas and the burrata, but the nachos were mediocre. Since they are owned by Cineplex they serve popcorn to the table as you want which is a nice touch. Service was great and waiter was super friendly and well trained. Went to the arcade after eating which was a fun time, but a bit expensive for what you get with their credits system. The arcade also takes away from the dinning experience and they are right next to each other and the arcade is very loud and bright, often with lots of people running around and shouting. Overall I would say it was a nice spot for a fun meal, and provided plenty of entertainment for my group of 14.Vegetarian options: They have lots of decent salads, starters, and pizzas that are vegetarian and delicious.
Came for a meal with my son's basketball team during the day and not only had they given our reservation to someone else, once we were finally seated we waited over 1.5hr for food. When it did arrive, half our dishes were no longer warm and some of the orders were mixed up. These things happen but it was the overall attitude and actions of the host, servers and general managers in handling the situation. They were adamant about certain things which easily could have been accommodated considering we were a large group and spending a good amount of . I will make sure our business goes elsewhere the next time we go out as a team.
