What Jen Norton doesn't like about Swiss Chalet:
Who cuts a round bun sandwich piled with chicken meat in half? Who does that? Swiss Chalet, that's who. How the hell is someone supposed to eat it like that? Meat app over the place, thanks a lot. And it's a dry sandwich, no condiment at all. What the hell? You put that godawful sauce in the box, is that what I'm suppose to use? For God's sake, offer a condiment, gross. Dry. Takeout, booked ahead. Only flaw was that there was no online prompt that came up to enter Scene card. I figured it was part of my login, but it wasn't. Since I paid ahead, it couldn't be entered at hte store. No easy way to enter later via Scene+ site and receipt numbers. Swiss Chalet and Scene+ make it difficult despite all the ads. Delicious food and cozy atmosphere. Been here a few times and received professional and excellent customer service from Tania. Not only did she deliver attentive and friendly service, she made us feel very comfortable. This is one of the main reasons we keep coming back... Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Great food, madd tasty. The manager and staff are all really nice here. Feels like the old school homey vibes type of Swiss Chalet location, not like the newer ones, and it feels cozier in my opinion. One reason I still love Swiss Chalet is because of their “signature” sauce. It’s mad good.
