Tried the new Brisket Footlong. I loved the flavor! I got there before the lunch rush, so the staff members was quite attentive. Everything seemed to be freshly prepared as well, overall a great first time impression. View all feedback.
What Max Senger A doesn't like about Subway:
If I could give them -5 stars I would. I?ve ordered on ritual and subway app and they always started making it when I went down to pick it up (after 25 minutes waiting as the app asked me to) and they were not even busy when I went there. View all feedback.
I am sending this feedback to share how horrible the customer service is at the Subway located at 88 Queens Quay W Unit Fc-8, Toronto, ON M5J 0B8. Specifically, I want to comment on the horrible customer service that is provided by one of the workers Bovisha (young lady who wears glasses). I went there recently to buy a meal. Bovisha was rude, disrespectful, and discourteous towards me and she is always in a bad mood every time I go there to buy a meal. I simply asked a question about what options they had for breakfast, and she rudely told me I should look at the menu instead of asking her. I told her that I did not see the breakfast options on the menu and she got angry with me and refused to show me where on the menu the items were. She even began to curse me out in front of other customers when I respectfully told her she was rude and needed to be more polite. Please check the cameras and you will see for yourself that I had to walk away. Every single time I go to this Subway, Bovisha always has a rude and unpleasant attitude. She never smiles, she never seems happy to help...just miserable and mean. I told myself that I will no longer buy from there as I cannot stand her attitude. I am not sure why she is so miserable and unhappy, but she should not take out her misery on customers. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and dignity and if she is not able to do this, then she should not work there. I will never go back as long as she is there.
I usually like subway except at this store. Had the worst sub ever. Bad quality and bad service.

This is a great subway location, however I have a major gripe they can not take payment through the Subway app (I have a gift card on it) in person. Very annoying. They say it crashes their system, and it's very inconvenient. Makes me not want to spontaneously dine here.1st visit: I haven't had Subway in a long long time, so decided to get my old favourite the foot long Meatball Marinara sub with my usual favourite veggies on Italian Herbs and Cheese bread (this location has less bread options, but the ones they do have are very fresh). It was good, just how I remember it. However, as my palate has evolved over the years, I feel like Subway as a company has not innovated, or transformed in terms of the modern flavour experience desired by the present day consumer. Everything tasted pleasant and fresh, however the flavours were bland and uninspiring. There's so many components to a sub, and there are a lot of missed opportunities to optimize the quality of ingredients to introduce rich flavours and textures which are currently not complementary, exciting, complex, or remarkable.Ordered a Bubly Lime sparkling water as my drink I wouldn't order this drink again. The bubbles were flat, and I couldn't taste the lime there are better sparkling water brands as alternatives to Bubly Lime. Also, the sub assembly line moves incredibly slow. They need 1 additional employee on their assembly line to handle the veggies for the subs. I arrived ~10 minutes in advance of the usual lunch crowd, and the line quickly stacked up behind me. All in all, I'm still giving this location a 5/5 if I'm in the mood for Subway, this place delivers 10/10 standardized Subway subs as promised. Ingredients were fresh, portions were good, place was clean, and service was great.2nd visit: Came here with a colleague. Had the 6 inch meatball marinara on Italian herbs and cheese (I had a large bacon breakfast sausage breakfast that day). Tasted great. Nice, crisp, fresh veggies. Fast service, this Subway location is growing on me. I might start coming here more often.3rd visit: Came here with 2 colleagues. I had a foot long Sweet Onion Chicken Terriyaki on Italian herbs and cheese with my usual veggies, no crunchy onions I dislike the ones from Subway, and sweet onion sauce garlic aoli sauce. Tasted fantastic. Colleague recommends substituting the garlic aoli sauce with mayo. I'll have to try that combination sometime. I wanted to tap to pay using my Subway app (have a gift card on it), and this location doesn't support it (what the heck).4th visit: Came around 10:40 am for a quick breakfast, a bacon and egg breakfast sidekick sandwich. It's the size of McMuffin. Egg is not fresh (liquid egg). They forgot my bacon! Running tight on time, I was not in a mood to argue so just ate this cartonned egg sandwich, but this location has an order accuracy issue.
