Second Cup Coffee Co.

I spoke with Avi the Manager/Owner of this Second Cup reaching out to him today to see if it was at all possible that I could order a certain flavour of tea by the case and needless to say he was so pleasant and accomodating and told me whenever I am ready he will proceed to assist me with my order. The staff are lovely at this location and go out of their way to please each and every customer. It is a delightful place to be surrounded by great people with a very clean and immaculate environment. I highly recommend this particular Second Cup to everyone as you will not only love the food and drink but you will be treated with the greatest respect possible.

Although the service was great, the prices are ridiculous and the muffins are as dry as the Sahara desert. The washrooms are also dirty. Would not recommend.

Impeccable Service! The staff and the management is great and very courteous. It’s my favourite cafe in the neighbourhood with a great selection of baked goods, coffee and breakfast/lunch options. My favourite drink is Caramel Corretto.

Most days I’ve seen there is only one staff member working while busy rushes go on and on. I think there are some gaps in the management. Otherwise, I order the same tea and loaf of cake every time and it never fails to satisfy me.

You need more than one person running the store on Sundays, I’ve been waiting in line for half an hour and I’m nowhere near the front. Poor girl at the till is not making enough money to be doing all the jobs required! This is a direct criticism towards management.
