My worst experience with the manager of the pizza depot , our order was supposed to be ready in 20 mint. But the guy wasn't paying attention to the customers . Our order number was 57 but they skipped that order and after 56 they made order 58. So ,we had wait for 50 mint. For the same order. Its not my first time Experiencing this. Terribly slow service. ordered pizza from here multiple times, always have to wait 20-30 mins to pickup after the given pickup time. total wait time of 50 mins for a pizza. which is extremely slow. paneer topping quantity is less than average. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner
I ordered pizza with tandoori chicken, bell pepper, chillies and coriander also a garlic dip but when I received the order, chillies coriander and the bell pepper were missing. Pizza only had few chunks of tandoori chicken and the dip was missing. Such a bad experience. Service: Delivery
Pizza is good. Prices are good. This time they didn’t bother to cut our pizza for us. Customer Service is terrible, they will answer the phone and talk amongst eachother before tending to the customer in front of them. They will often tell you the wait will be 15 minutes when it is actually a 30 minute plus wait. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian and Halal options Service: Take out
