Always service with a smile. Very helpful. Delicious food. I've had meatballs, bread, cannoli focaccia so far. Just found out about the bakery recently. Plan to keep going trying more of there menu. ?

I want to love this place but it disappoints. Not sure what I did to make staff angry but they are usually in a sour mood. Out of the three times I’ve tried to get a cafe crema, I’ve only been successful once. We asked for something for a child and they gave us a cake flavoured with liquor. Uses lots of artificial dye in cakes, my child looked like he was wearing a lip stain after having a treat.I think that’s it for me, will not be returning.

Pastries are good and fresh, but knocking 2 stars off for the customer service and size of the location. The unit is way too small to handle all the business that comes through the door. Customers are literally standing shoulder to shoulder which causes confusion amongst the staff on who needs to be served vs. who has already been served and waiting to pay.Went yesterday (March 30) and the cashier seemed to be rushing customers and employees out the door. At one point, she was standing there while we were waiting to order and instead of her serving us, she started barking orders to another employee who was already running around helping another customer to assist us.

Phenomenal staff!Outstanding service!Pastries are out of this world! Hoping they expand and get a bigger location soon because I would love to come with family and friends to dine in!
