Delicious food includes humongous burgers, and one of the better fried chicken places around. Service is excellent with friendly waiters willing to explain the nuances of different beers. I came here for brunch. The servers are great. Very friendly. But the food is terrible. Truly terrible. I had the indie diner breakfast. I ordered eggs over easy and they cooked over hard. The toast was not buttered. They serve French fries instead of breakfast potatoes/home fries (that’s just a pet peeve of mine). They had no just drip coffee only espresso. Everything was cold. Perfect place for a late night beer, we sat at the bar, and our bartender Angie was so nice and helpful with recommendations.I can’t talk about the food yet, but hopefully next I will.
The beer was great! Angie was a phenomenal help with describing the beers, even offering personal anecdotes to accompany her favorites.The food was delicious and served promptly even considering the building was 80% filled.The staff was amazing all around, even under busy circumstances.I highly recommend the beers, the food and the atmosphere.
I went to Indie Ale for their Sunday brunch and it was absolutely delicious!! I had the breakfast sandwich and it was probably the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had! I have also dreamed about the home fries ever since. The latte and stout I had to accompany my meal were also delicious. The service and atmosphere was fantastic, I will definitely be back!
Great beers great food in a great environment in a great neighborhood.
