Owners son is violent!! started swearing and becoming threatening because he did not want to be corrected or listen when advised he was preparing the wrong food for the wrong person started swearing using the f bomb and threw me out of the store when I simply noted he didn’t want to apologize for the mistake .. avoid this violent employee at all costs , only male on staff working the front. 25 years visiting this pleasant location. Owner stood there and said nothing .. I will share this with many .will be launching a formal complaint with Harvey’s Canada.if I don’t hear back from the O’Connor drive location with 24 hours I will be posting this the every review and social media outlet possible . Pretty bad a day later he gets a family member to leave a false review to drowned out the truth … slimy
Food and service 5 stars. Atmosphere 4 due to a very very rude customer that started a fight with a staff member just because his order got confused and due to that got delay only a few minutes. The staff apologised multiple times but this customer was extremely rude for no reason. Left me a very bad taste.
