Earls Kitchen - North York Industiral

The food took long to come out and the staff was overly vigilant about allergies but besides that it was a great experience and the food was great! I love their Parmesan chicken and the blackened chicken was seasoned well.

Host and servers were nice but the meal was a bit disappointing. The salad was missing ingredients and was mostly a small pile of lettuce. Would go back again and try soemthing else.

I used to love this location when they opened in 2021. In the last year, i have found that food quality has gone downhill, portions are much smaller and prices have gone way up. Service is still great though but I'd rather go there for a drink than a meal these days.

As you can see, we visit this restaurant very frequently. Yesterday, we did not receive the best greeting when we checked in with the host. Our reservation was at 7pm, and we arrived a bit earlier (as usual). We checked in at 6:47, saying, Hi, we have a reservation under Julia at 7pm, and the hostess immediately gave us an attitude, replying, We will seat you closer to your reservation time. She did not say hi, welcome us to the restaurant, or suggest we have a seat in the waiting area until our table was ready—nothing. We could not hide our reactions and facial expressions at such an unpleasant moment. We had to wait until 7pm exactly to be seated at a table that was already open and available for us. This is not how you treat any customer who chooses your restaurant among many in town for a nice casual dinner

The food and service was great. However, their wine prices are too high. A glass of wine shouldn't cost more than an entree.
