Food is great. My favorite: Pork bone porridge, garlic bones, garlic bean sprouts. The clams were also good, but the portions were smaller.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent dining experience at your establishment. I made a reservation for 7:00 PM, but had to wait for over half an hour to be seated. This prolonged wait time blatantly disregarded my basic rights as a customer and has seriously called into question the quality of service at your restaurant.During this extended waiting period, I observed many other patrons also expressing frustration over the excessive wait. Clearly, this is not an isolated incident but rather a reflection of the overall service quality at your establishment. Failing to effectively manage reservation times is simply unacceptable for a restaurant.Once I was finally seated, I was further disappointed by the subpar quality of service and food. The demeanor of the servers was indifferent, lacking any warmth or enthusiasm, and the service was painfully slow. Additionally, the taste of the dishes was average at best, falling far short of my previous dining experiences elsewhere.As a consumer, my expectations for your restaurant were modest – merely hoping for basic service and quality. However, this experience has left me extremely dissatisfied and frustrated. I strongly urge your establishment to conduct a comprehensive review of its service processes and quality to prevent further disappointment for customers.
