It's my first time to come this location. Love their service smile. You can really feel their passion starts from you step into the shop. Cozy clean environment. I was chilling with my friend, spacious branch. We ordered shrimp box which is a really tasty, they cooked the fresh shrimps for me. You can pick your own veggies protein which is so fun!!!! Ordered here on the app a week ago and the food was delicious, loved it. I ordered again through the app today and PAID for it on the app. When I arrived at the restaurant, I was told they never received my order. That’s fine, it could be a glitch in the system. I showed the workers the app with the order, and said I even had an emailed receipt only to be met with extreme annoyance. She rudely told me she didn’t have time to help me, that she doesn’t see the order in her system and that if I want, I should just cancel the order and try again before she walked away. This was originally a very understandable situation, but there was ABSOLUTELY no need to talk down to me. I wasn’t even arguing or anything I just originally said that I ordered through the app and had paid.. I tried cancelling the order on the app too, but there’s no option to (which she couldn’t have known, so I don’t blame her there) so that’s $15 down the drain..
