Costa Coffee

This restaurant is clean, easy to locate, and has extended hours with a wide variety of options. The prices are reasonable and the staff is exceptional. When we noticed the tables had not been properly cleaned, they quickly addressed the issue, apologized, and provided excellent customer service. The employees are top-notch and give a great dining experience.

I would love to see more independent coffee shops in the area.

As a first-time visitor to this M1 service area, I tried a mocha from the Costa machine and I must say it was absolutely delicious! I will definitely be returning.

Just popped in for a quick drink this afternoon and I was pleasantly surprised by the large selection of festive flavours, I went for an Irish Velvet hot chocolate, which tasted great and even came with a chocolate, which was a nice touch and something I have never seen in a chain coffee shop before. But I was most impressed by the service, the young girl who served us was lovely and very hard working as she appeared to be on her own. Not only did she take our order but made the drinks too. She was really nice and thoughtful, as we asked for a babychino for our son and she made sure it was the right temperature for him. I felt like she went above and beyond compared to service I would expect from a busy costa at a service station.

Outstanding service and friendly staff member working the night shift. Despite a crowd, she continued to smile and maintain a positive attitude. Service was quick.
