Brewers Fayre Flagstaff Island

Staying at the hotel next door, I have been eating at the restaurant each evening. Carolynne Is fabulous. Always a warm welcome and the service is exceptional. Highly recommend the food and the staff.

Carolynne is an absolute diamond. Short on staff the night I was there she went above and beyond to keep everyone happy across the bar and the restaurant. Can't give her high enough praise for the work she did.

Very fantastic service from the 2 girls Molly and Carolynne, especially Molly, even though people are shouting and walking out on these guys Molly still smiling while serving me the good beer! Well done girls, whitbread needs to pull there finger out!!!!

Helen our waitress was very pleasant, chatty, helpful and suggested things for us on the menu which turned out to be delicious. There was 7 of us all together and we all enjoyed our meal and deserts. We had a meal for £8.99 for 2 people, and the meal was huge, presented very well, and cookd to perfection. Compliments to the cheff. As there was an odd number and i did not have anyone to pair up with for the offer, i was able to take a meal home which was boxd up for my teenage son, it was prepared not long before we left and even my son was complimenting how nice it was and the large portion. At the end of our meal, a new waitress carolynne joind her shift and she too was very welcoming, and pleasant, We had unlimited drinks and when we went to refill the machine was not working properly, so the lady bar manager? Can not remember her name very kindly helpd us , but instead gave us a soft drink from behind the bar, she too was very polite . Overall, we had a lovely meal, in a clean and friendly atmosphere with brilliant staff. Will defiantly be returning :
