I used the drive thru and I felt it was moving too slow because there was only one vehicle in line when I pulled off the main road. I don't know the cause of the delay, but it was still there a few minutes after I pulled up behind him. What Steven Sweeney doesn't like about Arby's:
Charged me for a large lemonade, gave me a medium, and then lied to me and refused to give me a large lemonade when I complained, not to mention that the cup was filled entirely with Ice and had almost NO lemonade in it. The workers don't want to work, just close down and let an actual fast food place that wants the business open up View all feedback.
How hard is it to get a sammich with no lettuce? Apparently super hard cause they still do it no matter how many times I say no lettuce
Vegetarian options: There is a salad option, french fries and onion rings. Fish sandwich is good too.Dietary restrictions: Leave cheese and you have some diet control. I love Reubens but l cannot have the thousand Island dressing. Rather easy to make adjustment.Parking: But a busy lot. Need to be watchful but you do that anyway.
Tables were dirty, and the chicken sandwich looked as if it had been pattied with a rolling pin. Very thin and hard. Couldn't taste the chicken. Would not recommend it. The staff knows but say they have no control, this is corporate. There are no refills on lemonade either.?

This was thee worse food ever. The service was great but we have been sick since we ate the food. We ordered the fish sandwiches and it was like eating cardboard. Not even a hint of fish was tasted. Never going back again.
