Ruby Tuesday - NORTH WALES

Absolutely crappy service. 1/2 the tables in the restaurant are empty and clean. They are on a 20 minute wait. We sit at the bar to eat the salad bar and are told we have a 20 minute wait to even put an order in. This is after we ordered drinks. We have officially removed this location as a place to eat. They should staff it correctly or close it. The bartender should also go back to charm school.

It's been quite some time since I've had food from this Ruby Tuesday and now I remember why. My family and I ordered for to go and I got the Avocado Grilled Chicken Sandwich on a gluten free bun (kudos for having that option even though a $1 up charge is a little steep). The sliced avocado that came on my sandwich was inedible hard with brown spots and kind of threw me off before I even tasted anything. The Chicken was decent, not much flavor. The bun was impressive for being gluten free. The fries were limp, pale, and soggy, but had decent flavor. I feel like each of the six people who ordered had something they weren't thrilled with. I'm not sure if it was an off night or what, but I wasn't impressed.

I always have a wonderful experience at Ruby Tuesday's whenever I dine here. They truly have some of the best ribs I've ever tasted, and this restaurant is what got me hooked on ribs in the first place! I've never had an issue with the waitstaff, the food is consistently delicious, and the location is in a nice shopping center. While there can be a wait during dinner hours— which is to be expected for a popular restaurant— it's never been a major inconvenience for me. I would give it a perfect 5/5 rating, but unfortunately, they stopped offering the garlic cheese biscuits a while back. Those biscuits were fantastic, and their absence does take away a bit from the overall experience. Nevertheless, it's still a great place to eat!

On March 18, 2019, my family and I visited this restaurant for dinner. We’ve been here several times before, but this experience has changed everything. After finishing our meal and paying the bill, we were on our way out when my sister decided to use the restroom. While she was there, she noticed a waitress in the stall next to her who had placed her apron on the dirty floor. To make matters worse, the waitress left the bathroom without washing her hands. As someone currently studying at culinary school, I find this level of negligence in hygiene absolutely unacceptable. It's worth noting that all of this happened after we had already eaten our meals. I'm truly disgusted by this experience and will not be returning to this location again.

We stopped here looking for an easy Sunday dinner. I love this salad bar! So many options to choose from to create a delicious salad! They were running a special for salad bar and their chicken sandwich for $7.99. Great deal! Good and timely service, food tasted good and the atmosphere was excellent for family time.
