It did not taste that good, either very icy for the slush or very powdery for the milk tea. Their location service is good though which is why I give 2 stars instead of 1. I would recommend other spots for bubble tea that taste better.

They have good Taiwanese style meal boxes such as salt and pepper chicken with rice and lu rou fan. Their bbt is decent with wide selection, too. Now they carry cheese tarts from castella.

My go-to order is always their mango crush drink, and it never disappoints. The fish fillet is another standout item on their menu. I give this place a rating of 10 out of 10 and highly recommend it! In terms of parking, it can be a bit challenging to find a spot, as street parking tends to fill up quickly.

I tried the cheese tarts and they were incredibly creamy and rich, with a lovely cheese flavor. The crust was thick but very buttery. This place is a great option for dessert in North Vancouver.
