Dutch Pannekoek House - North Vancouver

The prices are a little high for breakfast but the food is excellent and we got a lot of it. They didn't rush us out even though there were people waiting. It's a small place with maybe 10 or so tables.

Brutal... Just brutal. I will never go back.We showed up, and were told that it was a 45 minute wait. We asked if we could go for a walk - they said "sure", and came back 25 minutes later. They had seated 6 tables, and tried to tell us that that we were getting added to the bottom of the list. After escalating the issue, we were seated. We then waited for 45 minutes before our food showed up... and one of the orders was incorrect. There was an attempt to fix it - resulting in being served room temperature sausage to go with the now cold eggs. I had to let them know that this wasn't okay...At last the final breakfast plate arrived... and everyone else got to sit and watch because they had long finished. The bill arrived - $55 for breakfast for 2 adults and a child. WOW!I will never go back... It was brutal. Since when do you arrive at a breakfast place at 10:20, and leave shortly before 1pm??!?~?The "meat loves" pancake was delicious.

Dit restaurant zit in bw capilano inn waar wij het ontbijt konden gebruiken. dit restaurant is alleen voor ontbijt en lunch! prima variatie in ontbijt waarbij oa de hollandse pannenkoek op het menu state. dit doordat in het verleden een hollandse immigrant Eigenaar was. vriendelijk personeel en goede prijs/kwaliteit. aanrader.

I just got a regular bacon, eggs and hashbrown breakfast and it was almost more food than I could eat. Everything was cooked to my liking.

I have been wanting to try DeDutch for decades and finally had my chance. The pannekoek was delicious. So light. I had the strawberry banana one and my fiends had a The Canadian. We enjoyed it so much we went back the next morning for and there yummy meal. It was worth the wait. Although I am sorry I never went before
