The Beacon - North Tyneside

This restaurant has a fantastic atmosphere, great value for the quality of food, and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend it for a family celebration as there are plenty of options to choose from.

It was a very busy Friday night right before Christmas. The staff was working very hard and the food was delicious. We ordered three different main dishes and all of them were amazing.

Could someone kindly request that the staff clear the dirty dishes from our table? The last few times we have visited this restaurant, we have had to wait for up to thirty minutes for our table to be cleared, even during quiet times. The food we were served was nearly inedible - my wife left most of her meal and portions of mine were overcooked.

The staff were friendly and efficient and the food was delicious,2 of us had the sea bass which was beautifully presented and the fish was so fresh& my Uncle.had the shepherd's pie which he said was very tasty.Deserts.and coffee were all lovely and pub was warm with a.roaring log fire which all added to the atmosphere, would highly recommend, thank-you to the staff for a great visit

Great pub and restaurant. Excellent choice of food and drink. We had a very enjoyable lunch with some lovely food and didn't wait long for our meals to arrive. Staff are excellent very hard working and happy to help. Will certainly go there again.
