Quite a few negative reviews here. I've never had a bad experience here myself. You get the occasional member of staff that thinks you're beneath them. However, the majority of the staff are really nice and very friendly. The coffee is also lovely View all feedback.

I went to get a coffee and the staff were quite rude to me, when i received the coffee it was half full i mentioned it to the staff they were very rude about it again and ended up giving a new one when i received the new one again it was half full and had barely any taste to it ,it was also just the froth. Good coffee and helpful staff. the load is busy with a high noise level from the road. produced for pleasant atmosphere and good location. the personal made excellent drinks all hot and as desired.
Spacious and comfortable, there are many sitting options and the atmosphere is very relaxed. the personal is helpful, but as I said, they are not very happy. price and what's going on. offer are typical of any costa.
They bring my coffee in a takeaway cup, as he approached the closing time, they can't disturb washing a cup. my friends who arrived 10 minutes ago had all the right things. will not be back.
My buddy had an interview here at 16 and went perfect. never again, provided they chose someone else, but they had not received the email or text (they had its number). but the drinks are good
