Big B's Smokin Bbq

My friend Steve turned me on to this place, we're both from Kansas City MO. AND HES RIGHT THIS HAS THE BEST BRISKET ANYWHERE AROUND THESE PARTS! A MUST TRY IN MY BOOK!

Phenomenal BBQ....I can 't believe someone gave this place 2 stars because they couldn 't find the place....it 's a friggin small business, don 't hurt their business because your navigationally challenged. It is exactly where Google maps says it is (in the parking lot of Natural Market Greenhouse). I smoke meat as a hobby, and I was happy to see them smoking their brisket on a Big Green Egg. The sides are great as well. The collard greens have a vinegar kick (as they should and often most places don 't) and the sweet coleslaw is creamy, which surprised me a little as I was thinking it would be vinegar based...not a bad thing...it was good. The ribs are true half slab and the turkey leg is beautiful and large.

I was able to enjoy Big B's catering for the first time today at a 30th wedding anniversary celebration. Absolutely blown away by your good food. The brisket, chicken, pulled pork, and sides were all high quality goodness. I plan to bring the family out to the trailer and introduce them. Meal type: Dinner

So glad we stopped. All 5 of us thought the food was the bomb! Ordered brisket sandwich and pulled pork sandwiches and smoked mac and cheese. Sandwiches were huge. Meat was top quality and good buns too. You can choose your bbq sauce. The owner was super friendly. Check it out.
