Tim Hortons - North Tonawanda

I've been coming to this place for a while since my kids work at a nearby car wash. Whenever I drop them off, I usually grab something to eat here. In the past, I didn't have very good experiences. Recently, though, I was served by a guy named Drew, and I have to say he takes my order perfectly every time and is incredibly friendly—it's not what I'm used to around here. I really wanted to give him a shout-out because he has truly improved my experience at this Tim Horton's. Thanks, Drew, for the great customer service!

I used to enjoy their coffee daily, sometimes even more than once. I believe it's just an average breakfast sandwich. When it comes to donuts, I prefer to go elsewhere, and I now get my coffee from Black Rifle Coffee Company, which is a veteran-owned business that I love to support. While I'll always be a customer of Tim Hortons, I won't be returning for the items I mentioned.

I've grown tired of the coffee here. I used to grab it every day, sometimes even multiple times a day. Now, I only stop by for a breakfast sandwich. I get my donuts elsewhere and have switched to BLACK RIFLE COFFEE for my coffee, supporting a veteran-owned company that offers fantastic brews. I will always support Hortons, but I've decided to move away from those specific items.

Be cautious when considering this restaurant. I've given it multiple chances, but more often than not, my order has been incorrect. When I tried to return for the correct order, the staff argued with me. It's also important to check their actual opening hours before placing an order through the app, as these can change daily. I reached out to customer service, and they promised that someone from the store would contact me within a week. However, after three months of back-and-forth messages with customer service, I gave up without any resolution. Congratulations on receiving my very first one-star review. Don’t waste your time here!
