We have been to Auntie Cathy’s several times since it relocated to Agawam from West Springfield. The venue is cute, the food very good to exceptional, the portions huge, but the service has been consistently slow. View all feedback.
If you have a real gluten allergy this will be a bright spot for you. If you 're just doing gf for health .. maybe pass. VERY expensive, so maybe just splurge once in a while for the real thing . Wasn 't impressed with the cupcakes (except the maple and they 're almost $5.00 EACH. And the apple pie we ordered for Thanksgiving was offensively gritty and the apples were spongy with a weird texture. (They had a lot of pie orders..so, maybe some shortcuts were involved . The only good part was the crumble top and the crust. And that was $30!! Yes 30, for one regular sized pie. Also it 's always super busy in there..so if that makes you anxious or you 're in a rush, you should be aware. Place is charming and warm and staff is usually very nice. I think I 'll pass for a while, but maybe experience it yourself and see what you think. :
Awesome , small and personal place and reallyyyyyy good food. The portion were just right. Definitely will come back again when I'm in town.
I am speechless how rude the woman on the phone spoke to me early this morning. I was simply just trying to order two breakfast sandwiches. When I asked another question regarding a sandwich, she responded, I 'm busy boxing up things right now and I don 't have much time to talk. She was trying to rush me off the phone and disregard my question. I 'm sorry but if you are truly that busy, you shouldn 't have answered the phone in the first place...very simple. My husband and I just wanted to enjoy some breakfast sandwiches after taking our dog to the vet for a concerning problem. I am also pregnant and look forward to having special treats over the weekend. Please have your staff reconsider the way they speak to paying customers. I have been in the customer service field for many years and that type of customer service was totally unacceptable.
Amazing delicious food!!! If you need a catered brunch box or treats for your next event this is your place!!! Quiche muffins cookies..omg fresh and wonderful!!! Cathie will work with you to get you just what you need...or if you're like me and need some ideas she will help you plan out an amazing array of treats that will be perfect!
I wanted to thank Cathie for the amazing red velvet vegan/gf cake she made for my daughter’s birthday. It was amazing!! All of your food is as well! So nice to have a local vegan/gf place to visit. And great staff and customer service. Thanks again!
