Chippies in Weston is one of the best places to get fish and chips. The portions are huge and easily enough for two people. The fish is large and cooked perfectly with a beautiful crispy batter. The mushy peas are also delicious. I personally did not care for the curry sauces, but the service was fast and the food was hot and fresh. Overall, it was an excellent experience. View all feedback.
What ravageagain doesn't like about Star Fish:
I sent my daughter for some chips the woman behind the counter was strudel that my daughter nearly walked out!!, if they don't like people then don't work in a Chippy full of people!!! Rude won't be spending my money there again View all feedback.
Very generous portion sizes. i only go here .. recommend the cheesy chips.
Check Ur order before leaving. On two occasions iv gone home with something missing. First time I was like fine people make mistakes. Today iv tried calling up but lines where busy. The young lads should pay more attention as this seems to happen when the youngest are left to it. However the food is nice.
Awful no salt and vinegar on chips and cheese altho. Asked cold chips at bottom and couple of hot chips on top with cold not melted cheese on top to chips really dry and stale tasting Won’t be using again.
Usually the large cod at this restaurant is excellent, but tonight was a letdown. I ordered three large cod and was given three smaller pieces instead. It was the smallest fish I've ever received from this place. Overall, very disappointing.
The best fish and chip shop in Weston! The food tonight was delicious, as always, and the staff are always so polite. The food is fast and tastes amazing - I wouldn't go anywhere else.
